Delivery

The Jewellery Barn will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours of its receipt. In exceptional circumstances if the despatch of your order is delayed by more than three days we will do our utmost to keep you informed of the expected despatch date.
Normal transit times from despatch;
First Class Recorded Delivery; 1 to 2 days, most arrive next day.
Special Delivery; 1 day, next day before 1.00 pm.
International Signed For;
Europe; 3 to 5 days.
Rest of World; 5 to 10 days.
Unfortunately, delays can occur owing to circumstances outside of our control, for example postal strikes. Therefore, we cannot incur any liability for delays or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. However, please be assured that we will do our utmost to get the goods to you quickly.
UK customers should allow up to 7 working days for delivery, Overseas customers should allow up to 10 working days in Europe and 15 working days in the rest of the world.

Postage and Packaging and Costs
Orders will be sent out gift wrapped in tissue paper with the branded Jewellery Barn sticker and in the Manufacturers packaging. Butler and Wilson is sent in branded gift box, Jackie Brazil in drawstring dust bag, unless specified.
All are sent out securely in a padded envelope or bubble wrapped and in the Post Office Special Delivery Packaging. Sale goods will be sent out gift wrapped in tissue in a padded envelope.
The cost of postage and packaging is added automatically at the ordering stage. All orders are delivered by the Royal Mail and their delivery times and conditions apply. A signature is required on receipt of the parcel.
Delivery methods are First Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Please note that the Royal Mail does not guarantee the delivery for orders placed on Friday for a Saturday delivery on Special Delivery Items. All orders are fully insured and prices are as follows;
UK orders are charged at the flat rate of £2.50 and may be sent by 1st class recorded delivery or special delivery.
On most occasions orders will be sent out in one package, on rare occasions orders may be split. This is exceptional and in such circumstances we would inform you.
Overseas orders are sent by International Signed For; Europe £5.95, Rest of world £6.95.

Late or Lost deliveries
If your delivery is late unless you have been advised of a delay, please contact us and we will forward the delivery details for you to chase with your local post office. In the event of a non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days after which the Post Office classifies the parcel as lost.
Alternatively, we can send a replacement immediately if additional payment is made where upon the original purchase can be refunded after the 15 days has elapsed.
Overseas customers need to allow 23 days if in Europe and 30 days for the rest of the world.
The Jewellery Barn regret that they cannot be responsible for late or lost deliveries.
